According to wikipedia noise pollution is displeasing human or machine created sound that disrupts the activity or happiness of human or animal life. eg like questioning lecturers too much, hyena laughters, noisy slapping sound, vulgar, talk vry loud...etc.

This kind of unwanted sound can damage physiological and psychological health. Noise pollution can cause annoyance and aggression, hypertension, high stress levels, tinnitus, hearing loss, sleep disturbances, and other harmful effects...or even, constipation?!

so lets vote for the most noisy fella for pm14!
and we shall screw him/her up this coming monday!!!
